| 摘 要： | 小康社会对农村社区教育提出了要求并提供了发展的契机，农村社区教育发展的滞后阻碍了小康社会的构建。农村社区教育因所在区域经济生产方式的不同而表现出不同的特征并存在一些问题，如社区教育定位不清、职业教育功能弱化、学校教育功能缺失、师资队伍短缺以及资金投入不足。农村社区教育的构建可以从外部支持和内部成员自我努力两个方面进行。

| Abstract: | The well-off society has proposes requests and has provided the development turning point to the countryside community, the lag of development of the countryside community hinders the well-off society＇ s construction. There are different characteristics and questions because of different economic production methods in different regions in the countryside community education, such as the vague orientation of the community education, the weakening function of vocational education, the absence of function of school education, insufficiency in teachers troop as well as fund investment insufficiency. The construction of the countryside community education may carry on from exterior supports and internal member diligently. |
