| 摘 要： | 从新视野下客观分析了当前我国高职院校在钳工实习中实行"导生制"管理工作的优势与不足,并结合我校实际工作阐述了钳工实习中导生的选拔、职责、运作等,从导生制运作实习氛围、导生工作的实效性等方面提出了导生制在高职院校钳工实习中今后的发展方向.

| Abstract: | From a new vision this paper objectively analyses advantages and inadequacy in current higher vocational institutions when they carry out "derived" in the management.Furthermore,it expounds the internship tutor selection,responsibilities and operation by taking Wenzhou Electromechanical Technician College as an example.Deriving from the operation of internship atmosphere,the effective respect of the work of "the derived,it discusses the future development direction about this system in vocational school internship. |
