| 摘 要： | 针对我国自由式滑雪空中技巧的专项战术手段问题,运用问卷调查法对该项目的训练策略和竞赛组织筹划进行了研究。结果表明：该项目的战术手段由战术心理训练,战术环境适应能力训练,比赛意识训练和信息训练这四种训练组成。相信该战术手段的提出和应用一定能为该项目备战世界大赛起到积极的作用。
