| 摘 要： | 体育教学在我国各类型各层次教育中已越来越受到重视,当前学校普及性体育教学存在着教学目标定位有偏差、教学方式具有单向性、教学效能较低等现实问题。针对以上问题,试将人本主义理论尤其是人本主义心理学和人本主义教育论引入到体育教学中,修订体育教学的目标,突出对学生的多元化需要满足;改革体育教学方式,尊重学生的主体性。
