| 摘 要： | 社区、社区教育、社区教育载体是三个既密切联系又有本质区别的概念。受经费、师资、场所、课程资源等多种因素的影响和制约,一般社区本身都不具备自有的、独立的教育载体及其资源,因此,社区要依托学校、教育机构、行业企业等教育载体来开展社区教育活动。社区教育载体是社区教育的有力承担者,是支撑社区教育活动有效开展的重要支点,社会必须建立和架构起一个能够使社区成员随时参加并享受到社区教育活动的载体系统,社区教育载体制度化和标准化建设是未来社区教育发展的重要课题。

| Abstract: | Community, community education, and community education carrier are three concepts both inter-linked and distinctively different with each other. Affected and constrained by funds, teachers, sites, and teaching resources, etc., communities generally do not have independent educational carriers and resources of their own. Instead, they need to rely on schools, educational agencies, and enterprises to carry out community education activities. Community education carrier is an effective shoulder of community education and important pivot to support community education activities. Our society must build a framework of carrier system to make community members join and enjoy community education activities at any time. The standard and criteria of community education carriers are important topics for future development of community education. |
