| 摘 要： | 随着智能技术的快速发展,职业替代的类型、程度及时间是其风险的三个主要体现。就具体的职业替代风险而言,职业替代类型在不断扩展、替代程度在不断加深以及替代时间在不断缩短。职业替代的类型、程度及时间分别对当前职业教育的专业设置、人才培养模式、职业通用能力培养带来了巨大的挑战。为此,应该做好风险管理、建立动态专业设置机制、革新人才培养模式、建构职业通用能力培养体系以及变革职业院校创新创业教育体系,以减少智能技术引发职业替代风险对职业教育的冲击。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of smart technology,the type,degree and time of occupational replacement are the three main manifestations of its risk.In terms of specific occupational replacement risks,the type of occupational replacement is constantly expanding,the degree of substitution is continuously deepening,and the replacement time is continuously shortening.The type,degree and time of occupational replacement have brought great challenges to the professional setting of the current vocational education,the training mode of talents,and the training of professional common abilities.Therefore,in order to reduce the impact of occupational education caused by occupational replacement risks caused by smart technology,we should do a good job in risk management,establishing a dynamic professional setting mechanism,constructing a professional common ability training system,and reforming the innovation and entrepreneurship education system in vocational colleges. |
