| 摘 要： | 小学教研基地是开展教师继续教育、促进教师专业发展的重要载体,在开展教师培训、组织教研交流、推动资源共享和区域辐射示范等方面发挥着多元功能和作用。基于此,分析小学教研基地在教师继续教育中的功能和作用,提出了小学教研基地发展建设的策略和路径。

| Abstract: | Being the important vehicle for teacher continuing education and promotion of teachers' professional development,primary school teaching research bases perform the multiple functions of carrying out teachertraining,organizing teaching research communication,boosting the sharing of resources and regional radiation demonstration. This article analyzes functions and effects that primary school teaching research bases exert on teacher continuing education,putting forward the strategies and paths of the development and construction of primary school teaching research bases. |
