| Abstract: | The administration power of higher education is a complex system. The phenomena of power substitution is intricate and involves extensively. The three relations of system viewpoint: order and disorder,competition and coordination,stability and reformation,they are the windows which we analyze the phenomena of power substitution and give us many enlightenments. |
