| 摘 要： | 对竞技体育现代化进程中出现的运动员人格危机从传统人格的失效、现实人格的失范、理想人格的失落3个方面进行了理论分析,在此基础上,对运动员转型的向度及塑造条件进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The paper theoretically analyses the athletes' personality crisis in the modernization of competitive sports in China from aspects of the malfunction of the traditional personality,indecency of actual personality and loss of ideal personality.The paper also explores the orientation and conditions for the transformation and establishment of the athletes' personalities. |
