| 摘 要： | 目前,大学生就业是一个受到社会普遍关注的问题,受世界性金融危机的影响,大学生的就业更是面临着前所未有的严峻挑战;针对大学生就业难的现实,阐述了解决好大学生就业问题的重要意义,并从社会、用人单位、高校和大学生四个方面分析探讨了当前大学生就业难的原因及其相应的解决办法。
