| 摘 要： | 运用SWOT分析方法,指出通过风险投资解决河北省中小企业融资难问题,其优势在于风险投资利于缓解中小企业的融资难题,风险资本的进入对于优化中小企业的资源配置起到了积极作用;其劣势在于风险投资渠道较为狭窄,投资规模较小,风险投资退出机制有待完善,风险投资人才缺乏;其机遇在于创业板的开设和互联网的普及利于风险投资的发展;其挑战在于现行法律和政策的限制,保守的思想意识及贫乏的创业文化氛围对风险投资构成制约。

| Abstract: | SWOT analysis is considered as a new solution to the financing of small and medium enterprises in relation to the venture capitals.For SMEs,venture capitals come across dilemmas in terms of proper funding channels,positive functions,limited scales,withdrawal mechanisms,and secured management.The entrepreneurial launching provides venture capitals with opportunities,in particular,in internet and electronic commerce.Likewise,the legislatures,policies,and entrepreneur culture should follow up. |
