| 摘 要： | 现阶段学前教育专业人才培养模式存在着教育理念落后,课程结构比例失衡,教学方法单一,重理论轻实践等问题。针对这些问题,《幼儿园教师专业标准》为学前教育专业人才培养模式改革指明了方向。在这一方向指引下,师范院校要用先进的教育理念引领教育教学改革;优化课程结构,强化教育实践课程;创新教育方法,突出实践性教学;根据学前教育教师职业的特点和规律,构建以＂通识类课程为基础、专业类课程为核心、实践类课程为根本＂的符合学前教育专业不同学制的课程结构体系。

| Abstract: | The existing preschool education is inefficient in structure,theory and practice.The professional standards for the kindergarten teachers direct the reform of preschool education.Accordingly teachers colleges should use the advanced theories,optimize the curricular structure,strengthen the teaching practice,and innovate the teaching methods.This paper argues for a curricular system with the general and professional courses as the core of the preschool education. |
