| 摘 要： | 仲裁法实施十多年来，我国的仲裁事业有了长足的发展，但也存在不少问题。导致这些问题出现的原因是多方面的，但主要因素在于仲裁在全民中的认知度不高，因此需要借助社会各界和政府各部门的力量，大力宣传仲裁法。省级司法行政部门作为仲裁机构的登记部门，由于其职能的原因。在很多方面特别是对仲裁法的宣传方面有得天独厚的优势，所以应当充分发挥其在仲裁发展中的作用。

| Abstract: | Arbitration enterprise of our country has been developed for 10 years with the actualizing of arbitration, but there exist some problems, which result from many points. The most important one is that people are short on taking cognizance of arbitration. So we need use society and government to publicize the arbitration. Provincial judicature administrative department as the register of arbitration organization, because of its functions, endows with a well-publicized for arbitration. We should use its scope for development of arbitration. |
