| 摘 要： | 本文简要分析了扩招后地方高校面临的主要压力:师资的严重不足、经费的严重短缺、教育资源的紧张,管理工作的滞后、生源市场竞争的加剧和生源质量的下降、教学与科研之间的矛盾更加尖锐等,以期引起人们的高度重视,消除盲目乐观的情绪,积极寻求应对的措施。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the main pressures under which the local colleges become: the shortage of teachers, the inadequacy of funds, the backwordness do management, the more bitter competition in student resource market and decrease in students quality, the more fierce conflict between teaching and research, etc. The purpose is to arouse the public focus, eliminate the aimless optimism and pursue the relevant solutions. |
