| Abstract: | This paper,in comparison with the foreign institutional factors which help the top uninersities in other countries to motivate innovation,analyzes the system factors influencing the postgraduate innovative ability development in China,including the teaching system,tutor's system and the degree thesis,and proposes the ways and trend in training innovative ability of the Chinese postgraduates. |
