| Abstract: | Under the angle of view of value chain, local and global interaction based upgrading of industrial cluster is put forward for the first time, as well as the type, mode, and hierarchy of interaction is analysed systematically. Finally, from two aspects of different industrial types and different development mode, the enlightenment and possible approaches of promoting clusters to upgrade are illustrated. |
