| 摘 要： | 坚持文化素质教育，改革本科人才培养方案，符合高等教育发展规律，符合我国高等教育实践发展要求，符合社会主义先进文化发展的客观要求。在实践中，要以“四为”为指导思想，构建起“一二三四”课程体系；以提高学生素质为中心，构建起“三个系列、二个层面、一个特色”的文化素质教育课程体系；通过文化素质教育进课堂、进社团、进社会，在更高的层面上实现文化素质教育与思想政治教育相结合、专业教育与素质教育相结合、校园文化与社会实践相结合。
