数学师范生教学实践调查问卷设计

摘    要:利用现有资料和实际访谈,对数学师范生教学实践进行探讨;结合"家教实践"中遇到的问题,进行成因分析,设计了包括教师职业意愿、教师职业素养、教学实践能力的"三维"教学实践调查问卷,并进行了信度、效度分析和应用实验.

Abstract:On the basis of existing information and interviews,the paper discussed the teaching practice of the Normal School Students,and analyzed the current problems and their causes in the mathematics normal students "teaching practice",and designed a three dimensional mathematical teaching practice questionnaire.Three dimensions are: the will of the teaching profession,teacher professionalism,teaching practical ability.
