| 摘 要： | 保密哲学是关于秘密和保密活动产生与发展的一般规律及其一般方法的科学,是人类保密观、保密价值观和方法论的理论体系。主要内容包括保密本体论、保密认识论、保密价值论、保密方法论、保密谋略论和保密实践论等,在保密科学体系中处于理论基础地位,是保密实践重要的世界观、价值观和方法论基础,对于主体的生存和发展,对于国家的安全、利益与荣誉,对于战争的胜负和全局,对于企业的生存与壮大,对于社会的稳定与和谐,有着不可或缺的战略意义和重要的保障作用。

| Abstract: | Confidentiality philosophy is a science which studies on the general laws and methods of secrets and human confidentiality practice and theory history, forming human theory system of confidentiality outlook, confiden-tiality value outlook and methodology. Its main contents includes confidentiality ontology, epistemology, axiology, methodology, strategy, and practice, forming a base theoretical foundation in the confidentiality scientific system, and an important ground of human confidentiality practice, undertaking a necessary strategy task and important pro- tecting, guaranteeing and safeguarding functions for subjects＇ existing and development; for nations＇ safe, inter-ests and honors; for wars＇ victory, defeat and overall situation; for interpreters＇ existing and promoting, for human society steady and harmoniousness. |
