聚乙二醇负载氮杂环卡宾钯化合物催化水相中的Suzuki偶联反应

摘    要:含溴原子的环钯化合物PdCl{(η5-C5H5)]Fe(η5-C5H3)-NC5H3-Br]}(C3N2H2)(C6H3-2C3H7)2](化合物1)与聚乙二醇(PEG)-10000反应,合成出聚乙二醇负载氮杂环卡宾环钯化合物1-PEG(10000).用红外光谱和核磁共振对其结构进行表征.以水为溶剂,K3PO4为碱,1-PEG(10000)能高效催化各种氯代芳烃的Suzuki偶联反应,该催化体系循环使用3次,还能保持较高的催化活性.

Abstract:Polyethylene glycol-supported N-heterocyclic carbene palladium complex 1-PEG(10000)] have been prepared from PdCl{(η5-C5H5)]Fe(η5-C5H3)-NC5H3-Br]}(C3N2H2)(C6H3-2C3H7)2] 1 and PEG-10000.The compound has been characterized by infrared spectroscopy and 1H NMR.Using 1-PEG(10000) as catalyst in the presence of K3PO4 as base in water at 100oC provided coupling products in excellent yields.Moreover,the above system could be recycled and reused three times.
