摘    要:在已经证实淫羊藿苷具有抗运动型疲劳的基础上,为进一步证实训练方式、ICA剂量在不同强度下与运动成绩的关系,本文从负重情况、每日训练次数及ICA剂量3个方面,扩大各因素的水平范围,并于负重10%和零负重两种强度下进行力竭游泳测试,结果证实,当ICA达到一定水平后,增加剂量对成绩的影响极小,科学的训练方法才会对成绩产生决定性作用.

Abstract:In epimedium glycoside has resist sports fatigue has been confirmed,on the basis of training in order to further confirm the ICA dose relationship with the performance under different intensity,based on the load conditions,and training and ICA dose three times daily,expanding the scope of the levels of various factors,and the weight 10% and exhaustion swimming under zero load strength of two kinds of tests,the results confirmed that when the ICA after reaching a certain level,increase the dose of minimal impact to the result,the scientific training method will have a decisive role to the result.
