从艺术特色到首善文化的嬗变

摘    要:学校文化的培育和建设要经历从发展特色项目到整体文化生成、从自发关注到自觉引领的过程。宜昌市实验小学在新课程改革过程中成功地发展了艺术特色,然而仅有特色是不够的。学校在梳理和反思的基础上,凝炼出"首善文化"理念,确立了学校文化建设和发展的整体框架,提出从艺术特色到首善文化嬗变的构想,其核心是培育形成"以善孕善"的环境文化、"善中求善"的制度文化、"以善育善"的课程文化、"以善养善"的活动文化以及"尚善至善"的主体文化。

Abstract:The cultivation and development of school culture is supposed to get through these necessary processes,which are from focusing on featured program to the holistic creation,from spontaneous attention to conscious leadership.Yichang Experimental Elementary School has successfully constructed the school with art feature during the New Curriculum Reform.But it is not good enough for student needs and the strategy development for school.After studying and reflecting on the school history,we condense "Bring-out-the-best Culture" as the framework of school culture construction and development.In short,it contains the environmental culture which charactered "embellishing the best out of the good",the institutional culture which charactered "pursuing the best out of the good",the curriculum culture which charactered "educating the best out of the good",the activity culture which means "cultivating the best out of the good",the subject culture which charactered "reaching the best by esteeming the good".
