| 摘 要： | 在电阻率法勘探中，需要从理论上确定地下埋藏矿物的电阻率以鉴定何类矿物、在矿物成二层水平分布假定下，A.H.TXOHOB得到重要关系；在三层分布假定下，钱家栋带有条件的推广了该结论，本文严格论证了钱的附加条件可去掉，A.H.TXOHOB的结论仍成立．并表出了二层分布下的介质厚度ho，从而从理论上解释了生产中使用结论的合理性．
