| 摘 要： | 提高教师的自身素质是实施素质教育的关键性问题。“说课”是一项有体育教学价值并被实践证明了的教育改革成果。体育教学开展“说课”活动，是提高体育教学整体素质尤其理论水平的科学途径，也是提高体育教师和科研质量的有效措施。开展体育“说课”是大面积提高中小学体育教师素质的新的有效的形式之一。

| Abstract: | The key issue of a teacher＇ s self - enhancement lies in the implementation of quality - oriented education. ＂statement of the lesson＂ has been put into practice and resulted in great academic success in the process of education reform. It is all scientific to apply it to physical education because it improves teachers＇ all - around capabilities, improvement in theoretical level in particular. It is one of the effective ways to enhance the quality of PE teachers from both elementary and middle schools on a large scale. |
