| 摘 要： | 随着社会的不断进步。传统的学校教育已经不能满足未来个人适应社会发展的需要，因此就有人提出了终身教育的思想。从宏观上看，社会的发展与进步是建立在人的素质不断提高的基础上的，终身教育是社会发展的必然要求；从微观上看，这也是个人适应不断变化的社会必须具备的基本能力。本文从终身教育的概念及其演变出发，分析了我国实施终身教育的必要性，并进一步提出了终身教育的现实意义。

| Abstract: | In the past we just regarded education as schooling, however, with the development of society, the traditional education can't meet the requirements of people's development in the future, so someone put forward the thought of lifelong education. In a microscopic sense, the development and progress of society are built on the foundation of people's improved qualities, so lifelong education is the necessity of social development; in a macrocosmic viewpoint, it's also people's basic ability to adapt to the changing society. This article starts with the conception of lifelong education and its evolution, then analyzes the necessity to carry out lifelong education in our county and finally poses its practical meanings in a further degree. |
