| 摘 要： | 我国现代社会的快速转型以及高等教育大众化的要求催生了高等教育的转型和与之俱来的大学生个体道德建设的新课题。转型期的高等教育应秉承中国千百年来的教育传统,注重人文精神,注重道德教育和转化,强化大学生个体道德建设。主要途径包括:强化道德教育和内化,抓好基础道德文明教育;鼓励道德教育和修养,完善个体道德建设机制;坚持一元道德教育,高唱社会主义道德建设主旋律。

| Abstract: | The rapid transformation of the modern society and the popularization of higher education have brought about the transformation of higher education and the issue of the individual moral construction for the students.Higher education at the transition stage must inherit the tradition of Chinese education,pay attention to the spirit of humanism,moral education and transformation,with a view to strengthening the individual moral construction of students.Main approaches include reinforcing moral education and internalization,conducting education of basics of morality,encouraging moral education and culture and perfecting individual moral construction mechanism. |
