| 摘 要： | 目前，各高校都制定了一系列制度和措施来规范教学管理，取得了巨大的成绩。但在教学管理的模式与制度、激励与评价机制等方面还存在一些问题，影响了它的有效运行，有必要进行理性的反思和寻找改进的方法，以提高教学管理质量。

| Abstract: | Many universities have developed a series of management systems and measures to standardize the teaching management,and achieved great results.But in teaching mode and system management,and evaluation of incentive mechanisms there are still some problems affecting the college teaching,management which effect the functioning of the mechanism.It is necessary to have a rational conclusion to improve the quality of teaching management. |
