摘    要:在高校速度轮滑教学中,学生产生的心理障碍是影响教学效果的重要原因之一。通过对速度轮滑教学中学生心理障碍成因的分析,认为学生产生心理障碍的主观因素为学生的身体素质与运动能力、状态焦虑水平和人格特征,教师的业务素质、动作技术难度和教学环境是学生产生心理障碍的客观因素;教师可以通过提高教师的业务素质,增强学生身体素质,激发学习动机,培养良好课堂氛围,优化教学环境等方面消除学生的心理障碍。

Abstract:In universities, the undergraduates' psychological barriers is an important causation influencing the teaching effect of speed roller skating. After analyzing the causation of their psychological barriers, the article thinks that the subjective factor is from their physical diathesis, sports ability, anxiety level and personality characteristic; the objective factor is from the teachers' quality, technical difficulty and teaching condition. The teachers may remove the undergraduates' psychological barriers by improving the teaching quality, the undergraduates' physical diathesis, wakening the undergraduates' learning motivation, making well teaching surroundings,
