| 摘 要： | 隐私权是一项重要的人格权,我国在人格权的保护上,虽然已制定了相关法律,但对于隐私权却没有明确的条款加以保护。本文从隐私权的概念与特征入手,阐述了我国隐私权保护的现状,并提出了相应对策。

| Abstract: | The right of privacy is an important right of personality,in the personality right protection in our country,although has already formulated relevant laws,but privacy right does not have a definite clause to protect.This article starts from the concept and characteristics of privacy right,to elaborate the present situation of the right of privacy protection in our country,and proposes the corresponding countermeasure. |
