A Reform in Selecting Teachers for Training in Colleges and Universities |

| Abstract: | Teachers training plays an important role in the construction of teaching staff in colleges and universities. With the implementation of the strategy of prospering the nation with science and education, and also with the overall propelling of quality education, it is quite necessary to reform the existing method of Selecting teachers for training by introducing competition. The competitive selection can improve the training quality and develop the construction of the teaching staff in a healthy way. |
