摘    要:高校师资培训是高校师资队伍建设的重要组成部分。随着科教兴国战略的实施和素质教育的全面推进,高校师资培训需改革现有选送办法,引入竞争机制,以提高师资培训质量,促进高校师资队伍建设的健康发展。

A Reform in Selecting Teachers for Training in Colleges and Universities
Abstract:Teachers training plays an important role in the construction of teaching staff in colleges and universities. With the implementation of the strategy of prospering the nation with science and education, and also with the overall propelling of quality education, it is quite necessary to reform the existing method of Selecting teachers for training by introducing competition. The competitive selection can improve the training quality and develop the construction of the teaching staff in a healthy way.
