| Abstract: | The harmonious interpersonal relationship is the inner force to drive the work of academic libraries forward. The circulating and reading departments, which centralize the most streams of people inside the libraries, constitute a particular interpersonal environment. How to construct a harmonious relationship among the directors, librarians and readers means a great to the service work of circulating and reading departments. Combining the working practice of several years, the author puts forward a basic idea to construct a harmonious relationship among the three. 5 refs. |
