摘    要:哲学上的“对话”理论在教育上的运用由来已久。人与人之间需要对话,而师生之间更需要心灵对话,改变过往“独白”的教学方式,以真诚的对话来促进师生交往关系质量的提高决定成,因为师生关系是所有教学成败的关键。师生之间的对话有其独特的特征和比较优势,本文拟就此问题进行探讨,并对在教师专业化背景下如何展开师生对话以促进师生关系质量的改进提出应对策略。

Abstract:Because of the significance of teacher-student relationship in education,the traditional model of teaching characterized by "self-talking" should be abandoned and dialogue should be encouraged to help build kind and friendly relationship between teachers and students.The paper is to make out the features and functions of dialogue between teachers and students as well as to put forward strategies needed in order to build totally new and successful T-S relationship.
