| 摘 要： | 加强高校学生干部队伍建设是强化大学生思想政治教育的需要,是促进学校健康发展的需要。本文主要通过分析高校服务型学生干部队伍的重要作用、新形势下存在的问题,探讨出高校服务型学生干部队伍建设的方法,期望能够总结出一些学生干部队伍建设的新思路和创新路径。

| Abstract: | To enhance the construction of university student cadre team is the need of university ideological and political education, as well as the need of promoting the healthy development of a university. Through analyzing the importance and problems of university service-oriented student cadre team in the new situation, this paper mainly explored the ways of constructing university student cadre team, hoping to summarize some new ideas and innovative ways for it. |
