| 摘 要： | 当下国内大力发展职业教育,专科层次的高职文科院校相较于工科院校、本科层次的高职院校竞争力较弱。在这种形势下,学校应该运用自身所特有的无形资本——培养方案、师资队伍、校企合作,通过完善培养方案、优化师资队伍、增强校企合作形成核心竞争力,来应对挑战。

A Brief Analysis on the Application of Invisible Capital in Coping with the Situation Confronted by Higher Vocational Liberal Arts Colleges at Junior Level |

| Abstract: | Currently, domestic vocational education is developing vigorously, but compared with that of engineering colleges and higher vocational colleges at senior level, the competitiveness of higher vocational liberal arts colleges at junior level is relativdy weak. Under such situation, colleges should use their unique invisible capital, training program, teaching staff and college-enterprise cooperation, to form core competitiveness through perfecting training program, optimizing teaching staff, and enhancing college-enterprise cooperation, so as to face up to challenges. |
