教师学习策略结构研究

摘    要:应用自行研制的教师学习策略调查问卷,通过对523名中小学教师的调查,对教师学习策略结构维度进行了探讨。探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析的结果都表明,教师学习策略是由七个具体的学习行为,即反思实践、专业对话、阅读规划、观摩学习、拜师学艺、记录研思、批判性思维构成的。进一步的研究显示,教师学习策略七因素存在一个二阶的三维结构,即交互学习、探究学习和批判性思维。教师学习策略结构提供了教师培训的内容框架,研究量表可以作为测量中小学教师学习策略的有效工具,并可用于预测教师专业发展水平。

Abstract:The structure of teacher learning strategy has been discussed,with the investigation of 523 primary and secondary middle school teachers,applied the Teacher Learning Strategy Questionaire developed by researchers.The results of exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis both show that teacher learning strategy is a structure consisting of seven concrete learning behaviors in terms of reflective practice,professional dialogue,reading arrangement,visiting study,following masters' instructions,recording and reflection,and critical thinking.Further research shows that the seven factors of teacher learning strategy have a three-dimensional structure of second order,namely,interactive learning,explorative learning and critical thinking.The structure of teacher learning strategy offers the content framework of teacher training.The research measuring scale can be an effective tool to evaluate primary and secondary school teacher learning strategy and can be used for predicting teacher professional development level.
