| 摘 要： | 湖北动漫产业未来五年发展,必须确立前瞻性战略思路、基本原则和发展目标,加快产业结构优化升级和产业发展方式转变;注重实现途径选择,抓好五个关节点,即产业结构调整优化、产业园区转型升级、内容原创和科技进步、培育骨干企业和品牌产品、构建产品链和价值链;完善四个重要机制,即产业融合机制、传媒集成机制、多元化投融资机制和人才培育机制,努力实现转型发展和跨越发展。
