| 摘 要： | 农民是新农村的建设者。要创新农村职业教育,培育和造就新型农民,必须更新发展观念,创新农村职业教育的管理体制,构建农村职业教育投入的长效机制,加大城市支援力度,赋予农村职业教育新的文化内涵,突出农村职业教育的工作重点。
