摘    要:随着农村远程教育工程在少数民族地区的实施,使这些少数民族地区的教育有了较大的发展,如何实现民族地区教育的可持续发展,农村中小学现代远程教育的可持续发展是促进民族地区教育发展的最好途径。该研究以四川少数民族地区"农村中小学现代远程教育"实施的具体情况为例,从三维的角度分析制约可持续发展因素,探讨各因素之间的联系,以便在实际工作中采取有效的措施,促进少数民族地区农村中小学现代远程教育工程的可持续发展。

Abstract:With the project of rural distance education being emplemented in ethnic areas, education in these areas has developed a lot. Sustainable development of modern distance education in rural middle and primary schools is the best way to achieve a sustainable development of education in ethnic areas. This paper takes the emplementation of modem distance education in rural middle and primary schools in the ethnic areas in Sichuan Province as an example, analyzes from a three-dimension aspect the factors that constrain sustainable development, and discusses the relations among these factors so that effective measures can be taken in practice to promote the sustainable development of modem distance education project in rural middle and primary schools in ethnic areas.
