摘    要:当前中国星级饭店员工流失率一直居高不下,导致饭店服务质量下降、人力资源成本提高,饭店业务最终受损。造成饭店员工流失的具体原因主要包括员工发展缺少职业规划、员工培养轻素养重技能、薪酬体系不合理、社会传统意识及员工自身原因。针对这一现状,以具有代表性的城市绍兴为案例地,从企业、员工、社会等多角度出发,提出具体解决措施,有利于促进绍兴市乃至中国星级饭店既好又快发展。

The Status Quo and Strategic Study on the Employee Turnover- in Star Hotels A Case Study of Star Hotels in Shaoxing City

Abstract:At present, the staff turnover rate of Chinese Star Hotels has been high for a long time, which led to the decline in the quality of hotel service, the cost rise of human resources and the damage to hotel business. Conerete reasons causing the hotel employee turnover mainly include the laek of occupation planning in staff development, more emphasis on the skills rather than the professionalism in staff training, unreasonable salary system, social tradition and the employee themselves. In view of this situation, based on the representative city Shaoxing, the article analyses from the aspects of enterprise, employees, society, ete, then put forward specific solutions that may ultimately promote both fast and good development, for Shaoxing and even the China Star Hotel
