摘    要:随着义务教育及高等教育的进一步普及,国民对我国教育的期待由大规模更多转向注重质量和内涵发展。在教育改革如此浩大的一盘"棋局"中,教师教育成为主要推手,如何设计以人为本、适应现代、面向未来的后现代课程观下的教师职业素质课程体系,成为当今中国教育改革中核心问题之一。

Abstract:Along with compulsory education as well as the further popularization of higher education, national education of our country' s expect large more turned to pay attention to the quality and the connotation development. In the education reform which is so vast a plate of' chess' , the teacher education has become the main driving force, and how to design the people-oriented, to adapt to the modem, for the future under the postmodem perspective on curriculum, the teachers professional quality curriculum system became one of the core issues in the education reform in China.
