| 摘 要： | 我国"十一五"规划对高等教育发展提出明确要求"提高高等教育质量。"这对于建校时间不长的民办高校来说,更有其特殊意义。提高教育质量由多种因素决定。本文从民办高校领导者应有的意识、学校应该提供的办学条件、育人环境以及如何激发学生内在学习动力等方面,在多个维度上思考提高教育教学质量的方法和措施,并指出相关行为主体在人才培养中负有的责任和所起的作用。

| Abstract: | Our eleventh five-year plan has a request for higher education development:"improving higher education quality",which has a special meaning for private university which has a short establishing time.Improving education quality is decided by many factors.This article has a multidimensional thinking such as leaders' consciousness,school running conditions,environment and motivating the students,etc.about the methods and measurements on improving education quality and points out the responsibility and function of the subject of the act in talented person training. |
