| 摘 要： | “文化缺省”是翻译中的常见现象。由于文化差异的存在，读者对不同的文化现象的解读产生了困难。本文结合鲁迅小说的英译本，分析了文化缺省的形成机制，给翻译文本造成的问题，并提出了相应的策略。总之，随着文化交流的深入，如何合理处理翻译中的文化因素成了其关键因素。通过对鲁迅小说英译本的分析，将有助于我们加深对翻译中文化符号转换这一问题的认识。

| Abstract: | As one of the common phenomena in the translating process,cultural default would construct a comprehension difficulty for target readers of different culture from the source one,and handicap the normal cross-culture communication.This paper takes the English translation of Luxun's works as the example to illustrate the translating problems caused by cultural default and the underlying mechanism.And countermeasures are also discussed. |
