数学新课程标准下教师有效教学行为分析

摘    要:教学是教师促进学生学习和发展的行为。学生能否在教师指导下获得发展是衡量教学是否有效的唯一指标。在新的数学教学理念指导下,教师的教学应该做到以下几点:面向全体学生,促进和提高所有学生的学习;创设和维护良好、有效的数学学习环境;促使学生理解数学知识,掌握数学思维,树立正确的态度、情感和价值观;培养学生自主学习的能力;引导学生自我评价。

Abstract:Teaching was the kind of behavior by which the teachers accelerated the students' study and development. Whether students could obtain development in teaching direction of teachers was the only criterion that judge and evaluate whether teaching was effective or not. In the direction of mathematics teaching idea, the teachers should be geared to the needs of whole students, and enhance the relationship between mathematics and life. Moreover, teachers also should foster students' ability of mathematics thought and inquiry. Furthermore, Teachers' teaching should help students to foster and form correct attitude, feeling and values, and how to evaluate students scientifically and effectually was an important sector of teaching as well.
