摘    要:自主学习能力实质上是自我监控能力,其发展主要体现在元认知水平的提高。提高元认知水平的有效途径是元认知策略培养。为提高学生的自主学习能力,应把元认知策略训练纳入专科非英语专业的教学。

Abstract:Autonomy learning is basically a kind of ability of self-monitoring,the development of which lies in the improvement of metacognition.The effective approach to improve metacognition is through metacognitive strategies training.Therefore,teachers can involve metacognitive strategies training into English teaching practice with a view to develop students' autonomy learning ability.
