| 摘 要： | 在工程教育质量保证和工程师国际流动两个主题下,资历框架(Qualification Framework)和能力标准(Competence Standard)已经成为国际工程界和工程教育界的热门话题。本文首先介绍国际上两大质量鉴定和认证系统;并以英国为例,详述其三类工程师的专业能力标准;最后探讨两个有特色的资历框架与能力标准的建构。
