| 摘 要： | 羞怯与网络使用之间存在相关关系。首先,羞怯者的典型特征是出现在他人面前时紧张、不安和行为抑制,妨碍了正常的人际交往。其次,互联网可以克服羞怯者的交流障碍,促进自我表露。最后,羞怯者使用互联网产生了两种结果：一方面,通过互联网,羞怯者建立了满意的社会关系,降低了羞怯;另一方面,过度使用互联网,导致网络成瘾,加重了羞怯。

| Abstract: | There exists a correlation between shyness and using the Internet.Shy persons tend to be nervous,upset and of behavioral inhibition,which hinders the normal human communication.The Internet can help those people overcome the communicative obstacles and encourage them to express themselves.Using the Internet by shy people can lead to two results:one is that with the help of the Internet shy people can build satisfactory social relations and lower the degree of shyness;the other is that they would be addicted... |
