| 摘 要： | 在分析工程应用型人才培养现状的基础上,对工程应用型人才的特征和培养目标进行了探究,针对培养高素质工程应用型人才的实际需要,从加大学科、专业、课程、师资队伍等教学基本建设,创新人才培养模式等方面提出了地方本科院校培养高素质工程应用型人才的途径。
