摘    要:通过对实验性不同海拔地区犬心肌、骨骼肌中SDH、LDH含量及其骨骼肌超微结构特点进行的比较研究,结果发现适度高原低氧环境诱导SDH活性显著增强,骨骼肌纤维糖原的积累和线粒体功能增强。并且对LDH酶的活性也有一定的促进作用。其运动学的意义在于适度的高原低氧环境训练对耐力运动项目及短距离的项目均有积极的意义。

Abstract:Through the comparative study for the content of SDH,LDH of myocardium and muscle and muscular ultrastructure of canis familiaris in different highland environment experimentally,the results showed that appropriate highland hypoxia environment could induce conspicuous enhancing of activity of SDH,accumulating of muscle glycogen and enhancing of function of mitochondria.Meanwhile,it could have considerable promotive action to the activity of LDH.Therefore,these effects manifested the appropriate highland hyp...
