| 摘 要： | 重点学科建设与研究生教育是当今高校发展的两大重要支撑,认识两者间的内在联系并协调其互动共融是大学办学成功与否的关键。从系统论中系统与环境相互作用的角度阐释两者密切关系的理论依据,在此基础上分析两者相互制约的四种关系类型,总结出要协调好两者共融,促进其良性互动,必须处理好五对关系。

| Abstract: | Nowadays key subject construction and graduate education are two important stanchions for the development of university.It is important to comprehend the connection of them and promote development each other.Theory basis of the relation of the two is discussed from interaction of system and environment in system theory.On the basis of this four kinds of relations are analyzed.Then five pairs of relations should be well disposed for promotion and amalgamation of the two. |
