| 摘 要： | 体育公共服务筹资渠道单一,体育公共服务所需资金不足,国家供给主体供给不足的状况下,非营利体育组织与政府关系存在价值、功能与体制的多方面的矛盾。解决现阶段体育公共服务供给不足、发展失衡的矛盾,需要大力促进公众与社会组织的参与,形成多方合作的机制。非营利体育组织选择正确的政策路径、体制路径以及实践路径参与体育公共服务,是推进社会组织建设和服务民生有益探索。

| Abstract: | Single money-raising channel of sports public service,shortage of funds and insufficient supply from state mainstay all contribute to the various conflicts between the NPOs of sports and the government in the aspects of value,function and system.To solve the problems of lack of supply and out of balance development,participation of the public and social organizations ought to be greatly enhanced,so as to create a multi-cooperation system.The right choices of policy path,system path and practice path for NPOs of sports to take part in sports public service are significant exploration on how to promote construction of social organization and service of people’s livelihood. |
